If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using HTra and remove the bot from your Discord server.
2. About HTra
HTra is a Discord bot that provides moderation, server-management, automation, ticketing, logging, protection, and utility features.
Features may change, be added, removed, suspended, or modified at any time.
3. Eligibility
You may use HTra only if you are legally permitted to use the service and are able to comply with these Terms and the applicable rules of Discord.

Server administrators may stop using HTra at any time by removing the bot from their server.

We do not guarantee that HTra will always meet every specific requirement, operate without errors, or remain available at all times.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HTra and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
13. Third-Party Services
HTra may depend on third-party services, including Discord and infrastructure providers.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, limitations, or failures caused by third-party services.
